Ben Davis
Ohio State Student
A Computer Science and Engineering student, with a focus on Web development and Business. He is also a co-founder of Insiderviz (an insider trading data and visualization tool) and BLOK (a social calendar app), and I also run a YouTube channel centered around Web Development.

Cynthia Englefield
Cindi Englefield is co-founder & chief investor relationship officer of Accelerating Angels, an angel investment fund that invests in early-stage, high-growth, and exceptionally led women-owned businesses. Englefield is a serial entrepreneur, business coach, mentor, and angel investor and owner of Englefield Business Advisors. She sits on the Board of Englefield Oil, a company her father founded in 1961, that owns and operates 120 Duchess convenience stores in Ohio and West Virginia.
Englefield is also a part of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, advisory board of the Ohio State Early Investor Network, board of directors for Women’s Small Business Accelerator and several other for-profit boards.
Tim Keenan
Timothy P. Keenan is an active entrepreneur and recently served as president and chairman of the board of directors of High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTi). As president, Keenan focused on strategy and operation for HPTi’s initiatives in developing systems technologies. As one of the original founders of HPTi, he helped to develop and grow HPTi into a dynamic firm known for its combination of creative design and disciplined execution.
Under Keenan’s leadership, HPTi built the eighth fastest supercomputer in the world, was named one of the top 25 federal contractors by the Washington Business Journal, received the 2009 American Business Ethics Award, and was honored with the United States Senate Productivity Quality Award Plaque of Excellence for three consecutive years, among other recognitions. Additionally, HPTi has flourished to generate record financial results and was named a Top-Ten Growth Firm.
Keenan was an adjunct professor for GMU’s Executive MBA capstone, an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at Georgetown University, and an entrepreneur in residence for the McDonough School of Business. Keenan also serves on the dean’s council at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, the George Mason College of Science Advisory Council, and the James Madison University Deans’ Council for the College of Business.
Keenan received a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State and earned his M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University. He has received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Ohio State’s Professional Achievement Award, Winning Workplace’s Best Boss Award, and the Entrepreneurism Award from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State. In 2008, Keenan was inducted into the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Alumni Hall of Fame.

Cal King
OHI/O Program director Cal King has worked in several capacities for OHI/O, giving them a deep understanding of organizational operations and a meaningful connection to team members. King’s BA in Telecommunications and BS in Visual Communication Technologies make them a strong storyteller and excellent communicator. Focuses on growth, long term sustainability, strategic partnerships, and fundraising for OHI/O. King comes from a background of community building, marketing, and crafting hands-on learning experiences in a previous role as Chief of Staff at the Idea Foundry makerspace. King serves as a member of the National Society for Experiential Learning, the Big Local Arts committee at the Columbus Arts Festival and the Franklinton Arts District Board. Cal King’s drive is to make space for experiential tech programs that empower individuals to impact their community and make positive change in the world.
Ashley Lippincott
Ashley Lippincott is a program coordinator at the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship. In her role, Ashley is responsible for managing a continuum of programming that encourages and strengthens the student entrepreneurial community at Ohio State. Within this continuum, Ashley oversees the President’s Buckeye Accelerator, a program that supports student founders preparing a startup for launch with a $50,000 award. She also directs LaunchpadOSU, a student-run startup weekend, and the Best of Student Startups (BOSS) program.
Before joining the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship, Ashley worked in marketing and communications, creatively communicating and building brands that connect with a diverse yet targeted audience. Most recently, she provided strategic direction for internal and external communications efforts for research centers within the Ohio State College of Engineering. Ashley also drove sales and recognition for a Columbus-based startup that creates marketing solutions for real estate development companies. She began her career working for a pair of the most influential brands in collegiate athletics: Ohio State and Notre Dame.
Ashley is a two-time graduate of Ohio State, earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism and marketing, followed by her master’s degree in 2014. Ashley grew up around her family’s small business, gaining first-hand insight into the drive, leadership, and financial aptitude required to grow and sustain a profitable business. She now resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with her husband, Alex, and dog, Birdie.
