Morgan Howard is the Director of Emerging Technology Programs at the Center for Software Innovation. She brings over a decade of experience working across the innovation lifecycle - from ideation to implementation - creating new products, services, and ventures.

She began her career as a technology analyst with broad, end-to-end responsibilities and a specialization in UI/UX before moving into corporate innovation. Morgan led the Technology Innovation team at Safelite AutoGlass, supporting the development of tech-forward solutions and helping cultivate a culture of innovation across the enterprise. At Grange Insurance, she helped operationalize a new innovation vertical focused on business model innovation and venture creation, overseeing end-to-end venture strategy, venture building, and cross-functional innovation capabilities.

Creating spaces for people to develop their innovation mindset and skillset has been a core pillar of Morgan’s career, leading her to start her own experiential education practice dedicated to building these capabilities. She has long supported student innovators at Ohio State as a guest presenter, mentor, and advisor.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University and multiple certifications in human-centered design.
