Sebastian Gunningham

Sebastian J. Gunningham is an Argentine-American business executive and current chairman of Santander Consumer Finance and vicechairman of Openbank. He was the vice chairman and co-CEO of WeWork until April 2020. A senior vice president at Amazon from 2007 through 2018, he was also a member of the Amazon executive S-Team, where he led the global Marketplace business, Fulfillment by Amazon, Amazon Search, Amazon Payments, Amazon Website and Amazon Machine Learning. Prior to Amazon, Gunningham held executive positions as vice president of enterprise at Apple, senior vice president at Oracle Product Industries: Latin America, as well as CEO of Peace Software. Gunningham serves on a number of private boards, including Saks.com and DMG. He holds a degree in mathematical sciences from Stanford University.
